Poon and Phay was founded in September 1945 by Dr PHAY Thong Huat. It is currently helmed by his son, Dr PHAY Yew Ming and Dr Benjamin T K TAN, who joined the practice in 2002. Both Dr Phay and Dr Tan are adjunct senior lecturers at the Faculty of Dentistry, National University of Singapore.
